New Cloud Release of IWM Now Available
We are pleased to share with you some exciting product news – our new cloud release of Intelligent Work Management is now available!
Just some of the new features and capabilities:
- Email Capture for Outlook – automatically triage incoming work based on email content and attachments.
- Ingress for classification and work creation – Enables the capture and classification of information from multiple sources. Business configurable keyword classification enables the creation of work items with the required information to automatically assign work to the right person at the right time.
- Supervisor UI – new capability to display and configure work item fields. Supervisors now have more control as they can make changes to work item layouts as and when they need to, without IT intervention.
- Deadlines/date calculator – More flexibility in deadline calculation, allowing for multiple dates catering for daily cut offs and agent time schedules. Giving more control to the business.
- MyWork new release includes more advanced search functionality, ability to tailor access to data on work items based on permissions.
- New Administration UI – a single business focused application for configuring all IWM settings.
- Integration Modules – we continue to build on our open architecture with out-of-the box connectors for Kofax, Automate Connector and OpenText.
