IRDG Innovation Network annual conference

Zarion’s Head of Product Management, Research & Innovation, Stephen Ralph, took to the stage at the IRDG Innovation Network annual conference alongside a panel of industry leaders including Nessa McEniff of Learnovate Centre, Trinity College Dublin, Nitheen Kaperi Sanyal of Merck Life Science and Colm de Burca of ESB group. The panel discussed the future and innovation of the workplace including practices, models and infrastructures.

Stephen spoke about encouraging collaboration in a hybrid working environment which focuses on communication, visibility, trust, empowering people and technology.
