Zarion presents at Money Laundering Interrogation Seminar

London, 3rd December 2003 - Zarion presented a paper on Anti Money Laundering (AML) solutions at the Mutual One seminar held in Birmingham on December 3rd, 2003. Mutual One is a joint venture owned by eight UK building societies with the objective of working together on a number of initiatives to help contain costs, produce extra income and improve business opportunities. In particular, Mutual One is looking at ways and means of assisting members to comply with the stringent AML legislation. "We were asked to speak at this invitation only seminar because of our experience and references in the AML field, explained John McManus, business consultant at Zarion. We also have a long and successful track record working with European banks and financial services companies, experience that is in demand now in the UK". The objective of the Mutual One event is to educate and demonstrate to the members of the Building Societies as to how imaging and workflow technology can be used to provide solutions for key business functions.
