Gerry
O'Connor, Chief
Executive Officer
Gerry is a director and
co-founder of Zarion. At Zarion he leads an organization which has
delivered over one hundred and forty business solutions and has grown
to be capable of servicing blue-chip customers in eight countries. He
has been elected by his peers to industry leadership roles, having
served for three years on the executive of the ISA, the software
industry lobby group. Prior to establishing Zarion in 1995,
Gerry worked for 8 years with Wang Corporation operating in a
variety of roles including sales, marketing, business development and
operational management within Wang's European operations.
Gerard Newman, Chief Technology Officer
Gerard is a director and
co-founder of Zarion. Gerard has responsibility for the company's
product strategy and technical direction. Gerard has 20 years
experience in the financial services IT sector with a focus for the
last 15 years on the development and deployment of process automation
solutions in mission-critical operational processes at major financial
organizations in Europe and USA. Prior
to establishing Zarion, Gerard worked for Wang Corporation in a number
of different roles. Gerard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer
Applications from Dublin City University.
Martin McFadden, Sales Director
Martin joined Zarion in
2002 as Sales Director and has spearheaded dramatic revenue growth in
its key geographic and
sectoral markets. From a 20 year career Martin has a wealth of senior
management
experience in the software and professional services sectors, gained
both locally and internationally. Martin was educated at University of Ulster
University of at
Jordanstown where he studied accounting
(CIMA).
Paul
Milsom, Chief
Operating Officer
Paul joined Zarion in 2007 as
Chief Operating Officer. Before joining Zarion Paul served on the Board
of Misys (Retail Banking) as the Director for Product Management. His career, which spans over 25 years in the
finance sector, started in National Westminster Bank.
Paul then moved to McDonnell Douglas and where he
was responsible for the Client Services Group based in the
UK
. Within Misys, Paul performed a number of roles
including Global Services Manager responsible for the
implementation of Misys retail banking solutions worldwide.
